Being a second generation owned business, we have grown exponentially compared to 70% of family owned businesses that fail to succeed to a second generation. In our path to leave a legacy for not just our family but for all families that represent Caldwell Electric, we know that our people are our greatest asset. Meet Our Leadership

Daniel Caldwell, President

Nearing 25 years of experience in the Industrial, Design/Build and Commercial fields, Daniel has learned that the "Key" to success is Communication. Leveraging this within the company and to customers, he has maintained and built long standing relationships with our industrial accounts boasting a 99% repeat business ratio. His experience in the field and daily operations helped develop our process for customer relations, estimating, engineering, and construction, which allows the opportunity for growth within the company, understanding each role and the process, and being able to effectively communicate that, has allowed Caldwell Electric to promote from within a dozen project managers and dozens of Georgia electrical licensed holders.
